Worst experience I had in years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everybody i know complains about Outsurance and for the fist time ever i experience the Worst service ever!!!!

My car was bumped in the beginning of the year!! Outsurance was the people that bumped my car's Insurance company , just to let Outsurance pay the full amount of my car was a difficult! Even though it was Outsurance's clients that bumped my car they argued about what needs to be fixed even though they didnt see my car they believed the damage wasnt so bad , by looking at fotos!!!! Even though the assesor said that the damage needs replacement , but Outsurance refused and said they dont think its needs to be repaired! After a few disagreements they finally said that okey any extra costs from the panelbeaters (that they recommended) the will be liable for!!! And geuss what !!! There are extra costs and Outsurance refuses to pay as this broker Rowan Rose says it is his opinion that the cracks (from the bump) is not accident related! NEVER have i heard that a insurance compony can make those calls without even seeing the car!!

I will put this in paper!!!!!!! So everyone can know how useless and Outsurance *****!!!!!!!
