Useless service

First off......i would like to warn as much people as possible to stay away from this useless insurance company.

I have a motor warranty plan with my car insurance with them. In Dec 2021 i logged a claim with them for things that need to be fixed on my car through this motor warranty plan. When i logged the claim i was asked if my car has a service history and i told them NO........they proceeded with the claim and i received a claim reference number, and was advised on mail as to where i needed to take my car.

Now after 3 weeks they refuse to approve my claim because i dont have a service history. The person called Jason Pullen is the worst there, he blatantly refuses to approve the claim and gives false information to other people to phone me.

I really hope that a supervisor sees this and calls me back.
