Useless service

Please don't ever use this useless insurance company , they make you wait and waste your money for insurance they do not provide to their clients my car met up in an accident 5 weeks ago the process is a 2 weeks process it would take to fix my vehicle from their approved auto body shop ( black diamond panel beaters ) I received a sms and was called to say my vehile was ready on numerous occasions but finally monday the 12th of April , I physically saw my vehicle and it was horrific because the work done on my vehicle was like a person from the streets had been taken to repair my vehicle and their insurance premiums are not cheap so I don't believe I'm getting value for my money . I have called the insurance to tell them what i saw and they never call me back with a response to what will be taking place with regards to my vehicle neither has black diamond panel beaters called me back . I am getting fed up with their services so please don't use this insurance company and panel beating shop called black diamond panel beating shop on North Coast Road in Durban they will drain your money like blood suckers
