Useless legal department...do you actually exist?

After having a building claim attended to quickly and efficiently, I now wish to have someone from the legal department contact me regarding the recovery of my excess from the guilty party. I have decided to ask on this forum as nobody at Outsurance seems to want to give me the contact details of the legal department, except for informing me that the legal department will attend to it when (and if in my opinion), they get to it, but that is just not good enough for me!! Not only did the guilty party come forward giving their contact details in full and admit liability which Outsurance has in their possession, but I am being toldby the claims department that Outsurance can take as long as they see fit to attend to my matter! By the time they actually do anything about it, the people may have long gone and forgotten about the damage they did. I have a reference number given to claims supposedly from legal, but which I had to drag it out of them. Can someone PLEASE by email (as I am presently overseas) contact me regarding this matter so that I can get some clarity as to what is actually been done, if anything, by the legal department...if they actually even exist...
