Useless Insurance Company

I have cancelled my vehicle insurance due to OUTsurance costing more than double of other insurers. In doing that they also cancelled my Vehicle Warrantee which i have never claimed and paid for years. They have done this without my consent and i even asked for the manager to call me and explain in which policy document it specified that i cannot have the warrantee with the vehicle being insured by them i am still waiting for their call since yesterday. They have cancelled my warrantee leaving me at risk.
