Useless Insurance
They are the worst car insurance. My mom's car broke down a couple of days ago, they couldn't tow her and cannot give her a car, but she has car hire and towing service. Only if the car had an accident can she use car hire. Utter nonsense! Towing is limited to 2 for only 50km, she was in EC and needed to get to Joburg. The most useless insurance, if you ask me
