Useless HOME Insurance from Outsurance
<p>HI, I am with Outsurance for about a year, 3 claims already rejected and no claims approved yet every month they take my money. 3 claims, on 3 different incidents due to STORM RELATED have been rejected because their accessors say its because of Poor workmanship.</p> <p>So it seems my entire house was poorly built according to them, yet they take my money every month. The right thing would have been for them to access the house first and then decide if they can insure, but they are cheating people by taking money and then rejecting.........yet they claim they are the best insurer around.......... WHO CAN I SPEAK TO AS I WANT ALL MY INSTALLMENTS BACK as tomorrow if the rains damage my roof and my entire house, they will simply say its poor workmanship and reject.........thats cheating us clients</p>

Our assessing manager, Leon contacted you and is looking into the detail of all 3 claims. Our cover is peril based and should the damage be caused by an uninsured peril, the claim will be rejected.

Hi, i was promised answes today. Why am i paying fir insurance if 3 totally different areas of my home, 3 different dates in time, was rejected
is outsurance really who they say they are as you advertise differently

Outsurance has still not attended to this, they are hiding behind their policies and still continue to take my money monthly without attending to my claims............USELESS, they should stick to car insurance as they know nothing about HOUSE insurance so dont insure with them !!!!
