Useless

My husband was involved in accident March 2014 which was not his fault and whereby Outsurance has settled the claim, however we keep on receiving a bill of R10 156 from the Mqqhaka Muncipality for the MVA. My husband is not going to pay this as we did not cause the accident and hereby have contacted your legal department to sort this out. I have send a copy of the account to a [Email Removed] on 2015/02/05 10:20am, by which she contacted my husband a week later to inform him that this is a rates and taxes account, whereby he informed to read the document again where it stated clearly MVA at N1 North, whereby she rep**** that she look into again and now we have again received an account. Can someone that can read and knows the law please handle our case, this unacceptable and unprofessional of Outsurance
