Urgent Complaint – Unauthorized Panel Beater and Appalling Service

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent claim. My car was taken to a panel beater that is not approved by Mercedes, which is completely unacceptable.

I have been a loyal client for over 10 years, and I find this level of service disgraceful. Due to my hospitalisation for surgery, I provided my daughter’s contact number to ensure follow-up on my behalf. Despite this, I only received a call today from the panel beaters, with no prior communication from your team. I was allegedly contacted on Monday, which is impossible as I was undergoing an operation.

Additionally, I was informed that they intend to repair my tyre rim instead of replacing it, despite my specific request for a replacement. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of regard for my instructions and vehicle safety.

This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I demand an immediate explanation as to why my car was not sent to an approved Mercedes panel beater, why proper communication failed, and why my specific request regarding the tyre rim is being ignored. I expect this matter to be rectified urgently, and I expect a response without delay.
