Unwarranted Premium Increase
Outsurance has increased my medical insurance for my dog by R272!? That's a 60% increase!!! Are you guys out of your minds?? My dog hasn't even has enough major claims in the past year to warrant such an increase! His premium would now be more than my other dog who is 10 YEARS older than him. How does that make sense?? If this is some kind of error then fix it ASAP. If not, cancel my policy cos I can't deal with a greedy organisation like you. I'll be moving to someone else who is more realistic about premium increases and you guys can **** off.

Premiums are guaranteed for 12 months thereafter on the anniversary of your policy there will be an annual increase where factors such as claims, inflationary adjustments, underwriting changes etc. will have an influence on the rerate.
