UNTRUE ADVERTISING

I called Outsurance to see if I could get cheaper car insurance. They did beat what I had. I phoned my existing insurance company to cancel it. They in turn gave me a better price. I sent 6 messages via email, SMS to Outsurance to cancel. Nothing. Outsurance put through a debit order which I reversed costing R10 in fees. THEN Outsurance phoned to find out why the payment didn't go through. I explained they then gave me better price so I went back to my present Insurer. They gave me again a much better deal including car hire, I told Outsurance No Thanks. They could not beat the price & no sign out the R1500 cash for 3 yrs no claim bonus according to their adverts. Is this Money back offer NOT TRUE?????? I'M NOT IMPRESSED .
