Outsurance refuses to pay me for the damages to my vehicle as a result of negligence on the part of their client. Outsurance client confirmed on his police report as well as verbally and via whatsapp that he accepts full 100% responsibility for the accident. Our quotes for repairs were between R38000 and R55000. We were willing to accept the minimum however, they now come with a 30% liability and negligence policy where I have to accept 30% responsibility for the accident. They offered a mere R14000 as payment. How is this 70% of R38000??? Outsurance is ************ in their dealings and has no sense of honesty and integrity. I will take this matter to the ombudsmen. Never ever trust Outsurance.
