unsatisfactory services

In May 2014, I was in an accident with my bakkie. The insurance repair everything but I was not satisfied with one thing. A noise is,constantly on the rear wheels since the accident. The insurance promised to fix it,but since today nothing. I have changed my insurance since January 2015. Please help.
