Unsatisfactory service and unprofessional consulatant

<p> </p> <p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Reference is made to a telephone conversation that i had with your consultant regarding cancellation of my car insurance policy (OT ********** 6). The consultant that i spoke to was quiete rude in dealing with this issue. I had a car insurance policy, life policy and a policy of my rings with outsurance. When we were discussing this cancallation i made it clear to her that I only wanted to cancel the car insurance and the other 2 policies would remain. She vouched that she was going to follow my instruction and to my surprise, she hasn't done that. Instead she cancelled 2 policies that I have with Outsurance and only left the life policy.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been with Outsurance for many years and have paid a lot of money in all the policies that i have with the company.
