Unsatisfactory Communication

I had an unpleasant experience with one of the consultants handling my claim. While the claim itself was processed and paid timeously, I was extremely dissatisfied with the handling of the excess recovery from the third party.

Communication from Gavin Loder was minimal, and I was required to continuously follow up in order to obtain feedback. A period of two months passed without any update. When I eventually contacted him to request progress, it became apparent that the claim had not been actively followed up and that insufficient effort had been made to recover the funds.

I was informed that the third party had allegedly made payment, however no proof or confirmation of receipt was provided, nor did the payment reflect. Despite my instruction not to do so, the case was subsequently closed without any notification to me, either via email or telephone.

I am dissatisfied with the lack of communication, transparency, and due diligence in the handling of this matter, particularly as it resulted in prejudice to me regarding the recovery of my excess.
