Unresponsiveness

My bakkie was hit by a car on the side, in front of the left rear wheel while(the guy driving) talking on his cell and thus running over a stop sign in a parking area in Wellington.Outsurance and three other panelbeaters, one in Wellington and two from Paarl assessed the damage but Outsurance lacked seeing the damage to the new rear left tyre and rim.Every time that i have asked them to go and look at the photos they ignored me<br> and also when i asked them to get someone to talk to me in afrikaans , i have simply been ignored.<br> If my bakkie was damaged in an accident i want Outsurance to repair all the damage.Why do i have to pay for the assessors mistakes. I have been paying every month for years and only once have claimed for a geyser that started leaking.<br>
