Unresolved Claim
<p>I have been a client of Outsurance for approx 5 Years and I am absolutely disgusted in the service I have recieved since my accident at the end of Jan 2017 which has still not been 100% repaired! By far the worst service I have experienced from an insurance company ever!</p>

Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention. Darren our assessing manager has contacted you to get the matter resolved. He has been keeping you up to date with our service provider. The last up date was that the service provider had ordered the part and they will advise once it has arrived. Sorry for the delay.
