UNRELIABLE and Incorrect Assessment!

A theft had occurred in my household and my television was physically damaged with a crack on the screen during this incident, Outsurance assessors now tell me that the television has power surge damage and because my claim states that the televison was cracked that this claim will be declined because of dishonesty! This is really disappointing, my television could power on perfectly fine before it left the premises and Its not my fault that the person who came to collect it did not power it on to see this before removing it from my premises. I don't have any ground to stand on because the assessors report states power surge damage and no signs of a crack, But you can only see the crack when the TV is on! this is so frustrating and I feel like I am being ****med. Now I'm waiting for my TV to be delivered after a claim that will probably be declined and my TV will probably be further damaged than it was before!!! Thanks for absolutely F******!!!
