Unreliable and approves Dubious service providers

I had an accident last year September (2019), short of it is that my car after two service providers failed to fix or repair it and went in and out of both service providers for 6th times. My complains was handled by Lelethu Tholele, i always had to call him for any feedback most of the time, because of the treatment i have received from outsurance i decided to take out my other car fearing that i might go through the same issues when i claim. Last time i was at the service provider i have released that the rear right door had to be fixed as well as a result of poor workmanship it was booked to for rectifications, then outsurance assessor called Danny Hackett told me that i am costing them money and it is for the last time they rectify my car, based on the above stated reasons, and going back and forth with insurance and service providers, i decided not to take my car there again fearing that my car will be damaged further as it has started as just bumper scratches leaded to body damage. and i have cancelled all my policies with the insurance.
