Unreliable
Got a call to do a quote for insurance and unfortunately Outsurance could not give me a better offer. However they did not pay the R500 as they advertise on TV and everywhere else. All documentation was submitted, even received a reference number but nothing. This is the second time this happens where they do not do as promised.
