UNRELIABLE !!!!!

If I would give less that 1 star I would. I don't know since when Outsurance feels the need to squeeze as much as they can out of their customers ,or plainly manipulating a case for their own gain. About two weeks ago my dads car was ****** , now the car has been on outsurance maybe for a month or two (can be less can be more) prior to it being ****** ... whilst pet insurance they have had i woud say longer than 6 months (can be less can be more ) so i would classify them as loyal , paying customers. After the theft outsurance was contacted , they did an assessment , my parents did manage to get a loan vehicle for the meantime but further on Outsurance was everything but helpful. let me give you a quick back story (My Grandfather , my uncle aswell as my dad share the same names (As it is being passed down the family)(Aswell as with the women in the family). an agent contacted my UNCLE ?? stating that it is very suspicious how his name and my fathers names are the same , aswell as on a different occasion it was stated that my father staged the whole thing and the ****** vehicle was his own doing :/ . This is why i cancelled my insurance with outsurance due to similar instances , literally people being told that they stage their own ******ies , ****** vehicles and so on . DO NOT waste your time and money with outsurance , there are definitely better options
