Unreasonable rate changes
Not really sure how to rate this... I was going to rate this 5 star after my vehicle was received everything was excellent hassle free and the car was done perfectly... I'm glad I held back with the 5 star review as I received an email today that my policy is going from r433 to r541. I don't see why because the claim was regarding a storm that created the incident. To be honest from being pleased the first time ever with an insurance I'm gone to actually considering going over to another insurance... That's more than a 20% increase that can never be an annual increase. I'm disappointed outsurance I really am... I don't know if that means anything to yourl and to think I suggested to other colleagues to get comparative quotes from yourl
