Unreasonable Premium increase without being notified

<p>last week i learned that Outsurance debited an amount of R3,209.82 instead of R1, 894.92 premier for my vehicle insurance. I called and i was told that it has been increased a letter stating that was sent to me on the 15th of September whereas i never received such. The guy who attended to me whose name is Goerge acknowledge that the increase is too much and that there might have been some error. he requested to call me back as he had to discuss it with his manager first. When he called back he informed me that he can reduce it by R200 only as it is beyond his control. He then promised to contact IT department to find out if the email was really sent and promised to call me back. until now i have not heard anything from him. This is day light *******, i need answers from Outsurance before i take legal action...1st of all they increase preium without informing me then the increase is almost double to what i was paying. really? to top it all of, there are no reason stated and i am just left like that...Is there anyone to attend to this matter???</p>
