Unreasonable increase for 2023!

I have been a loyal OUTsurance customer for 16+ years. I received my policy increase for next year recently and noted they put up my premium by 24%. I phoned them and after requesting to speak to a manager spoke to someone who indicated that she is a manager and she promised that her manager would phone me back. I never received a call back. This is highly *********. To increase a yearly premium by 24% is not reasonable and no one can afford such a ridiculous increase. This is not how I conduct business and I am offended by the poor service. I also still await feedback from the second phone call. My car premiums went up though my cars are devaluing because of depreciation. With the same profile OUTsurance business did not even increase my premium for 2023!
