unpaid claim for major damages

I had a bad experience with outsource in 2009 when my house was struck by lightning. 1. They refused to pay for major damages. 2. They failed to quality assure the workmanship done by the contractor they sent 3. The work done was incomplete 4. All the fixed areas in the structure of the house are resurfacing - falling apart I would never recommended Outsurance to anyone. They are very badge
