Unorganised and doesn’t care

Unorganised and terrible experience with our car claim. After being told by multiple of their agents that they will get our excess back from the other party, the recovery department called to say they won’t even try as no one was at fault. The other insurance offered to cover the excess as long as they try, but they won’t and haven’t called back to discuss it. Useless.
