Unnecessary delay on claim

OUTSURANCE SUCKS BIG TIME! Lebo Twani handling my claim (***) & taking her time with everything else, the promise to give me feedback is never kept, after such a long wait, back & forth, someone is not doing their job & I demand answers. On the 2nd Sept Lebo sent an email saying my claim is being processed & is due on the 18th Sept. Thereafter on the 21st Sept I called again & she promised to give final feedback with the offer to fix my car by Wednesday the 23rd but still to this day I have heard nothing from her. <br> On the 21st Sept a different consultant took my call & clearly stated that a better service is offered to existing customers
