******** access without permission to ITC report

This is the 3rd time my credit report is accessed without my permission. I am an existing client and you have my information. Yet, I don't receive a single call for my permission. Also, why is a credit enquiry required. You do not offer a credit service and I have not had any change in circumstances that affects my credit. You better submit removal to Transunion, ensure the 2019 enquiries are removed too. They were done ********ly and contravene POPIA. 7 Days. I am not lodging a dispute, that affects my record too.
