unknown debit order

<p>My account was debited R289 on the 20th i dont remember signing or agreeing to such debit order even worst on the 20th and i get paid on the 25th i have now bank charges coz the debit order was unpaid. i have cancancelled my insurance with you guys and tried to take up a life cover with you guys but i have to be the one who has to drive to lanced for blood test? i dont want anything to do with outsurance anymore and who is going to pay for my bank charges?</p>
