Unique and wonderful service experience

I called to cancel my building and content insurance today, not because I was displeased but because I have sold the insured property and Bongeka Stuurman assisted me beautifully. From the get-go , she reset the energy of the call. Working in customer retention is not easy but Bongeka was personable, efficient and a delight. She kept the conversation light without being overly fami**** but still answered all questions with ease and accuracy. She's really good at what she does and was correctly placed in that department.
