Uniethical practices

During the month of December 2021, I was called by the company's sales agents for quotations on my cars however the insurance failed to beat premiums of the insurance that i'm afilianting to and according to their adverts they were suppose to give me R500 and on top of that it was I havent claim from my insurance for the past three years and again they were suppose to add R1000 on top of the R500 to make it R1500. Their agents when they realise that they failed to beat my premium they started selling me household insuance without reading their terms and conditions that as soon as take one of their policy your forfeit the R1500 as you become a member. I decided to complain about the issue with the company and they send me forms to complete in order to pay and till todate nothing happened. Even the people who were handling my complain havent contacted me to give feedback after their internal investigations. I have uploaded my policy documents and bank statements as required however no payment was made to my account as of today. It shows that advert to me is a **** to people as they are doing something that is ********* based on my understanding. I dont think it will be add value to their business if i can take the matter with the ombudsman as it is unfair to me.
