Unhappy with premium increase
I received my annual review notification, I called Outsurance office on Thursday requesting consideration on the premium increase on my Toyota Camry. The lady had a don’t care attitude, felt almost like take it or leave it.
Current premium is R456,16 and new premium as from 1/4/2023 will be R627,21.
This premium increase equates to 37,5% . I feel that the increase is excessive, unjustified and a ******* in today’s market and economic climate . I have been a loyal Outsurance client for 20 years .
