Unhappy with claims service

<p>I am super unhappy with the service i'm receiving from Hendrick Lukhele. He is currently working on my claim and the maner in which he is handling the claim is unsatisfactor'y. To think outsurance being such a big company and the way they boast on good service is questionable. Information is sent to the company without delay but the consultant fails to do full investigation before "calling to give feedback". How is one supposed to even trust or think of joining this company if my claim is going to be handled in such a manner.</p>
