UNHAPPY-WILL NOT RECOMMEND
I just sent a quote on life insurance for a query
and was contacted back immediately however the lady seemed so not interested in my query and even had such a rude tone. I asked her to send me a quote via email and was responded by the below "all our business is done on the phone " I asked her what does she mean that i wont have anything in writing she then repeated "all our business is done on the phone " like i didnt understand the first time Terrible customer service yet you advertise on east coast radio that on of your friendly staff will contact us,well not so friendly after all
and in this day and age to say you cant provide me with anything in writing-terrible i am disgusted by the service i received
