Unhappy Ex Outsurance Client

A month ago, my boyfriend, mom and I were involved in an accident where we hit a *** on a national road. The *** came out of nowhere and looking at the damages to my car, it was impossible to have avoided it. It was like driving into a brick wall as there were no skid marks as proof that we even saw the *** approaching. We were all in total shock but were extremely lucky to have survived. My car was a total wreck and beyond repair. The last thing I thought i had to worry about was my car, because I assumed that OUTSURANCE would have my back but unfortunately that was not the case. I've been a loyal client since 2010 and have never defaulted on a premium. They proclaim that you will always get something out but all I received was a letter stating that they rejected my claim because they stated that I did not take the necessary precautions to prevent loss or damage. How on earth could I have expected for a black *** to be on a national road at night??? OUTSURANCE is a joke and have given me sleepless nights as I still have to pay for a car I no longer have. If you have a policy with OUTSURANCE or even considering moving to or opening a policy with them, don’t be deceived by their world winning service, OUT BONUS or lowered premiums. They WILL NOT have your back and will look for any excuse not to settle your claim. They totally defeat the purpose of having car insurance as this was a true case of an accident that could not have been avoided.
