Unhappy customer

I am unhappy with the increase in my premium every year. The value of my car decreases every year but the premium keeps on increasing. The excess also increases every year. Last year when I phoned to complain I was told that the increases in premium and excess was to provide better services. I think this is *******, the fact that the premium increases as well as the excess increases while the value of my car decreases just shows me that at the end of the day I will end up paying for everything while Outsurance just collects the premiums.
