Unhappy Client

I have requested tapes pertaining to the cover i took so i can listen and confirm that i am covered for the correct thing and the cover i recieved was explained to me properly. It has been 3 weeks now and i'm not getting any joy from Outsrance. Everytime i call they tell me the manager is busy with tapes and they will send them when he is done. I spoke to the manager Shaheed Van Niekerk who hung on me when i became frustrated because i was not getting joy from him. I also spoke to Mpho this morning who did not respond to me just to let me know that he was listening to me, he just kept very quiet until i asked him too many times if he was there. He also hung up on me when i gor frustrated at him for not showing signs that he is listening to me.

I do not appreciate the lack of communition from the manager handling my issue Siya Ndlovu. All i need is a phone call from someone telling me how the process is going, keep me posted and not play with me everytime i call. If it will take 4 weeks to get the tapes just let me know, dont say the manager is listening to the tapes everyday, its annoying. I am serious rethinking my cover now..... it might be time to move to an insurance company that will take me seriously.
