Unhappy about the premium increase

I am deeply sadden about the treatment i have received from the insurance company (outsurance). i called in Monday to ask for a quote on a car that i wanted to buy and i started with them because i was impressed by their service with the car that i am currently driving. As i was completing the questions with the insurance representative , he said he picked up some information that was not updated when i took out the insurance the same information that made my premiums to increase to R4 797.76 from R1 800 per month with an excess of R1800.i informed them that i was not happy with the changes, because i had declared all my incidents and claims with the previous insurance when i took the insurance with outsurance.he said they were going to listen to the recording for the conversation only to find that i was correct, declared everything now, i must suffer because someone recorded the wrong information on their system while i gave the correct information. then they reduced to R2300 with an excess of R3500 still i am not happy because its still way above what i used to pay with my previous insurer 1st for women. i am highly disappointed to even think i was recommending them to my friends
