Unhappy

<p>I my car was by someone who is insured by outsurance,meaning that i am claiming from them as a 3rd party,i have submitted all the documents they requested no has got back to me after,they said that within 48 hours I would receive an sms telling me who will be dealing with my claim still nothing,i have called several times,i was told a Refiloe was handling my claim, when i ask to speak with her ,i get transferred to 10 different people,then they will tell me ,she is busy on another call or is on lunch and she will call me back and she never does, i have called 10 timea trying to speak to her no luck same story,i called twice again today,still no luck.</p>
