Unfulfilled Promise

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with OUTsurance regarding the quote I received for my Suzuki Baleno.

After obtaining this quote, I was informed that OUTsurance could not match or better my existing insurance with Discovery Insure. I later received an email requesting feedback on my experience, which I duly provided. Approximately ten minutes after submitting my feedback, I received a phone call, during which I inquired about the R500 claim process. I was assured that I would receive an additional link enabling me to claim this amount. However, I have yet to receive this link.

Upon following up with their team, I was informed that the quote number does not exist. This raises a serious concern—how was I able to provide feedback on a quote that is now deemed non-existent? The inconsistency in communication has been frustrating, and the failure to uphold the promised R500 claim leaves me feeling misled and disappointed.
