Unfairly Rejected Claim
Last week Wednesday I was parked off road - on the gravel when an Audi A4 TFSI lost control and hit my car (Mercedes Benz W204) damaging the whole front(engine) and back . The driver then provided me with a claim number against his policy. Today they called me rejecting the claim saying their client was not at fault , he had a tyre burst and therefore they won’t be repairing my vehicle . Outsurance is a **** and you always need to involve lawyers in order to move them . Now I’m left with R200K quote for repairs
