Unfairly Rejected claim
On the 29th of August 2020 my car was involved in an accident which was caused by your client with a registration HRZ 796 MP(Vikela bakkie),as we were approaching the bridge the the bakkie made an overtake from my right side as we were still heading to the bridge he then hit my car from the driver's side(between the driver's door and back right door) which lead the car to roll 3/4 times off the hill on the left of the road.During that time the car was rolling down the hill it happened that the passenger got injured on his leg which made him to go and get an operations to install/insert metal that will assist him to walk because this bones got fractured into pieces.
After we made a claim(claim no ***) to you(outsurance) we were told that our claim was rejected because your client was avoiding an accident (head on collusion),with that being said there was no investigation that took place but you made a ruling that your client was at the right side and took correct actions leading my car beyond repair,my question now is that how can you make a pay out for one car that wronged me?
We are sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
