Unfairly listed
My name is Exford Msweli, I took out a life cover with Outsurance and decided not to continue with it but now it shows negatively on my credit report. They have listed it as a DEFAULT. How can an insurance be listed a default as this was not a debt. Please remove this immediately. I have been trying to get hold of you with no luck.

We are members of the South African Credit & Risk Reporting Association and we are obliged to provide the credit bureaus with the details of financial transactions relating to our premiums. The policy does show as cancelled on our side.
