Unfair & very high increase
I checked my debit order & I saw that the monthly fee was increased by 20% which is so high & ridiculous. I have checked emails & I don't see the increase letter. Unfortunately, I cant afford this high increase & please reduce it.

After respondng privately to your review, we escalated the matter to Francis our client services manager.
We send out rerate notifications 45 days prior to the rerate taking effect. There are a variety of factors that will influence a premium increase at rerate stage such as claims, inflationary adjustments etc. We were able to offer you a reduced premium.
