Unfair & Unacceptable Claim decision by Outsurance Claims Department

Dear Outsurance

I am terrible disgusted and disappointed with your unfair claim rejection. We were vandalised for a third time by a group of individuals who thinks they are entitled to pilage and ***** from time and again. I am so frustrated living in this country let alone placing my trust in a institution that claims that they are fair.

And to Top it off, you slap us in the face. Thank you for concern and compassion for my family and myself - that was clearly not your priority.

I am assure you this - I am not dropping this matter, next step the Ombudsman. I can assure that this matter is not going dropped. I am now challenging you Outsurance on your claim process, policy and decisions.

Your claims assessor and department intimated my husband and chose not to gage with me - Mr Renuka Singh-Bhawanipursad. At no stage was a contacted and give the opportunity to provide vitale and relevant information regarding this claim.

Yes, given the fact that we did the ipads claims submission details and facts may not be accurate what you cannot dispute is the plain and simple fact that someone broke into my house and stole them and a whole lot of other items.

That is fact. Fact that we live in area which is now rife area and it is time to move or increase security. Fact that we have been yet again put in a vulnerable and emotional rollercoaster both my kids and I. Fact that we jump up everynight in fear that someone is in our house. Fact that we have in the interim purchased Burgular Bars and Trelly doors for all the sliding doors.

Now Outsurance - be prepared I am one women and mother that is not going to allow a corporate to ***** and disregard my self respect, home and family

Disgusting Outsurance, Disappointing .....

Dear Pamela

We note your disappointment and sorry to read about the unfortunate incident as we are not incentive for your loss. The matter was already referred to our Assessing Management team and confirmed the decision will remain unchanged. There were various discrepancies for the items you claimed for and this was discussed with your husband in detail.

You are welcome to approach the Short term insurance Ombudman for an alternative ruling.

Regards,

Alet
