Unfair treatment.

I recently requested a confirmation of insurance letter from outsurance and after battling to just get an email address to send my request to, i resorted to trying the app, which didn't have an option to do this. I just eventually selected the claim option to get someone to contact me. I findit ridiculous that outsurance doesnt have an email address to send requests to. Eventually some guy contacted me and i explained what i needed. He then asked me how many kilometers i drive per year and after telling him he informed me that now my monthly payments will increase by R 500.00. I dont know who this guy was, as the email signature on the mail he sent me with my new schedule just says regards, outsurance and the email address is just *** and you can't reply to this email address either. I also think it is unfair for my outbonus to be affected by claims where people drive into my car and i am not even the guilty party (by theway nearly4 months and still not sortedout) My car is still underwarrantyand the panelbeater also used secondhand parts in my car. Even something as trivial as a Windscreen claim affects your out bonus. Think twice about coming over to outsurance as the outbonus is simply not wort it.
