Unfair treatment and utter disappointment

So disappointed with Outsurance. A few months back I praised their services of how they handled my claim after an unlicensed person bumped into my car. Now I get a renewal letter from them informing me that my monthly premium will increase from around R1200 to R1700 due to the claim I made. This is ridiculous for lack of a better word, the accident was not even my fault. I am definitely cancelling my policy with them and moving to King Price as they have always tried to poach me but I insisted with staying with Outsurance as I was ‘pleased’, not knowing what I know now🚮
