Unfair treatment
I have been a client with Outsurance for 4years. I moved from one place (suburbs) and to the other which is a township and my premium went up with R500. I fail to understand that why am I being so overchargged irrespective of the security where I am residing. I honestly feel treated unfairly as we are all clients irrespective of where one is residing. I tried to.explain to them my financial crisis but still they just wouldn't understand instead my access went up with R4000. I am deeply hurt as I have been paying very well my premiums and I still feel that only when you staying at modern places then that's when you get to enjoy the benefits.

It is not my problem that mamelodi is rated as a high risk area, what should be looked at is that since I bought a car in 2015 have I ever reported any case with outsurance or claimed. Not every place in mamelodi is dangerous and you will never know when an accident can happen. Even to those who stay in suburbs their cars get ******. I fail to u understand why must we pay so much. If not paying much, U being given an option of paying a higher access. It's really unfair and as clients we need to be treated fairly and equally. My reasons for relocating it's due to financial crisis I had but at the same time.i would still pay my monthly premiums. I do not want to move to another insurer yet I would appreciate a fair treatment. I really love outsurance and this situation hurts me so bad.
