Unfair treatment

OUTSurance is the worst. After an accident in Dec 2018, I received an e-mail Last week from my insurance MiWay where they said I need to Pay in R7800 after they said to me the assessed damage of the vehicle was R3400.00. I told Miway that I can only pay the R3400 as I have been retrenched and I don't earn a salary anymore. We agreed that I can pay it off and Miway said they will talk to OUTSurance. Today 11/03/18 I received a call from OUTSurance that they are handing me over to their legal department. I explained to them that I just received the Bill last week, they didn't care about that nor the fact that I have been retrenched. They didn't even give me 1 week to pay. They bully you to pay
