Unfair treatment

my husband had his bike ****** in April 2015 .Outsurance approved his claim .Unfortunately cyclelab only replaced the bike in October 2015 due to stock issues .When he called outsurance in October 2015 to have the bike insured he was told that the insurance was cancelled due to multiple claims .When requested as to why he was not notified they told him they had sent him a email. The email was not received and no other correspondence was sent by them .We now have a huge insurance issue as we took out home insurance in September 2015 and when asked if we had a policy cancelled we rep**** no.We did not know at that stage that the outsurance had been cancelled by them .Our current insurers now wants to cancel our existing insurance based on no disclosure .We received no correspondence from outsurance We were not given 30 days to dispute the cancellation neither did we receive any posted mail from them Emails may be blocked by servers due to trash and junk email policies .I need outsurance to prove they contacted us with this adverse information.I need back up Telefone calls and corresponding details of all correspondance from them pertaining to this cancelation

Hello nazleyk
We are not insensitive to the stressful situation you are in at all.
The matter was properly investigated by our client care manager, Shannon who corresponded with you via e-mail as she could not reach you telephonically.
She confirmed the cancellation notification was indeed e-mailed to your husband on 20 April 2015 after our advisor could not reach your husband telehonically to advise of our decision to cancel your policy. Shannon now sent you a copy of the e-mail sent at the time.
On 2 December 2015 your husband called in to submit another claim. Our claims advisor informed your husband the policy was cancelled on 20 May 2015, 30 days after the notification sent. Your husband then spoke to our cancellation department who informed him the policy had been cancelled due to he frequency of claims that was experienced on the policy.
Please don't hesitate to contact Shannon should you have any further enquiries hereto.
Regards
Dinky
